Extremely dislike claims of durability on dog toys that aren’t true.

I unsubscribed from your mailing list almost daily and was still getting emails. Way too much communication - why did you need to email me every day the thing was in transit that it was on its way?

Took 3 weeks to get here. Too late to be a Christmas present. Had to buy something locally

Took 3 weeks to arrive and cheaply made- total scam!

Just the advertisement is not factual for my aggressive chewer.

It does not appear to have any calming effects but the pup likes to play fetch with it.

Would rather have my money back than a replacement

I think I was snookered. I have no idea where this company is actually located. I thought in the US, but while trying to track was like falling into an abyss. Delivery occurred on Christmas Day which was okay, but I got "updates" indicating it would be at least by December 24.

Not an easy company to order from, long delivery turn around and product not solid

I ordered on Dec. 9th and got it after Christmas. Big disappointment.

Products are unfortunately a joke they do not last as advertised

I was unable to track my order and the repetitive emails stating that you saw I was trying to track the order were not helpful.

Reached out to support 3 times about a refund for products that I purchased but did not meet the description stated on their site, nor did I receive any response to any of the emails.

Arrived in time for Christmas! Thank you!

The toys are just not strong enough for my staffy/pit pup.

I received the wrong size calming beds, much smaller than described, and not well made. Customer service isn't great either - in order to get the correct size originally ordered, I have to return these to China and pay all shipping charges. I won't order from this company again, and will discourage everyone I know from doing so.

Another bad company selling junk via the internet

I kept getting emails about tracking but none of them had a link to actually look it up. I always had to go back to my original email and copy and paste the order number into a website. A laborious process, and slow shipping

Products are cheap and don’t hold up.

Shipping was pretty quick.

I would like to receive the product.

It took a while to get my product trying to track. It wasn't easy for me. I had to call customer service for assistance and once I got the product it's too small for my dog. It's not what the measurement said it was and unfortunately, I did not have a good experience now I'm struggling on returning the bed.

Customer service could use improvement. I hope you all succeed, your toys are cute and the website is good. That said, I'm overall disappointed with my experience and would not recommend.
