One toy broke before we could even use it. The ball is not safe for large dogs. My brother's shepherd tire apart the duck in a few seconds-no calming and not at all durable. A five -month, lab-mix puppy destroyed the interactive ball in matter of minutes. I would like a full refund. I will Not be returning. I could have received a full year for each of my puppies with three toys and treats each month from Bark. I would have rated a zero if that would have been an option
