I asked the chain size before I purchased the necklace and the response was they thought the chain was 20 inches. When I got the necklace it was not 20 inches and was way too short for my neck so I had to turn around and purchase another chain. You need to specify the actual size on your website and possibly give us a choice! Not always one size fits all when it comes to chains!
