Problem was shipping to a P.O. Box but sorted with the physical address after a 2 week delay.
Customer service was helpful.
I usually put the P.O. box and physical address as mail and some parcels that are sent through the postal service requires a P.O. box number whereas UPS and Fedex needs a physical address as it’s delivered directly.
