It was almost a month and I had not heard anything about my order. I emailed but got no response. I called three times and finally a text came the day after the third time that said my pillow was being shipped. The only people I was able to talk to was an answering service. After several emails I finally got the information needed to return my pillow. I haven't mailed it yet, but I should end up getting a full refund. I will be paying for the return shipping myself. They will try to actually get you to exchange and even offer a discount on another one (which I didn't like in the first place). So read your emails and the conditions carefully. And have fun getting that pillow back into the box!
