They signed me up for a monthly subscription without my knowledge. I was only notified of this when I received an email confirming my reorder. I immediately responded to that email, stated that I had no idea of enrollment, wanted to cancel the order, and get a refund. They have ignored my requests. The customer service is horrible. I have yet to receive any correspondence from them. My guess is they are waiting on the order to ship out so they can tell me I can't receive a refund.
