They do not ship what you order anymore. Have been purchasing these gloves for quite a few years and never had these problems. They did offer two replacement gloves. However they did not replace the gloves I had issued with. They sent me two olive green and white gloves. Ugh, like I would ever order that color. Sorry, but customer service is awful. Read previous two reviews for more information.
