My initial thoughts of the bag were great, it was a great size, it was stylish and looked practical. However, within 2ish months, the zipper started coming apart and wasn't closing properly. I then noticed that the zipper wasn't thread properly which likely caused the fault.
I have tried emailing twice and also sent online support queries with no response.
I feel the quality of the bag isn't worth it, although I do love the design so I'm hoping it was just a fault on my bag, although with no response to my query, it calls into question the quality of the product.
