The treadmill does not fold down as easy as lead to believe. You basically have to unscrew everything if the laptop table is up. Bad design! The wrench was also missing to put it together not to mention that it took 2 weeks for me to receive my product but my credit card was charged as soon as the order was placed. Very bad customer service when I tried to reach out both by email, chat and phone!
