Awful customer service, package never arrived, no refund after their mistake

Very bad , Very bad experience , after u buy they say the pack will be at you in 4 working days, but no way, passed almost one month, and the courier didn t deliver nothing, i paid for all 130 euros , but i didn t get anything , i don t recommend to no one to order more ! Unserious site 👎

Took four whole weeks to get here, despite the service level agreements on the website. Everything comes via Wuhan which they keep very quiet. Needs genuinely investigating as a sham-business.

Overall mid. The products themselves are pretty good but sadly the customer service was a bit too slow. The packaging wasn't really much but that was expected. Overall i would recommend shopping here and ill shop here myself again.

So far, I have only received one of the two items of my command #2274. On your website, the status for the missing compression shirt only shows “We’ve received your order” since March 15th, while the other compression shirt I already received was marked as “on its way” on March 18th. There have been no further updates regarding the second item.
