Customer service is a joke. Ordered 1 set of gloves received 3 and was charged for 3. Email sent with very slow results. Was offered $2.00 dollars for the gloves (each set) they cost $19.99 per pair! The website is odd. there are several "buttons" where you can view and purchase these slip ons. I don't know what that means. Are they all different some how? They look the same but with so many options from which to choose the same kind of boot, I have no idea if they are differrent or the same.
