I hope a lot of people read this. This is the first negative review I've ever written in my life. (I'm 65). I prefer to only write positive reviews and call/email for problems and they have always been resolved. Until now. There is NO customer service from this company. I tried to return a pair of slippers because they were too small, and a pair of boots because one of them dug into my ankle, and I couldn't wear either pair. I reached out to see how to return, and was given no satisfaction. In spite on numerous attempts, they are not accepting a return, offering me a $7 refund and a discount on a future purchase along with a suggestion to donate my product. How about that? The slippers were $39.99 and the boots were $44.99. If for some reason the person responding to my email has no concept of customer service and you want to make this right, I will adjust my review accordingly.
