You don’t have telephone support, only email. I’ve asked for a return address to return my item several times and I just keep getting told by email that it’s on the returns page. It is not! All it says is Tala Grounding. Obviously, I am stuck with this sheet as returning it is a terrible experience with vague instructions. How am I to know what or where the RMA number is or what the return address is to send my return to. Not a happy customer!
