I placed an order and it took over a month to get to me. I had to send emails to the company because after a month, my order still has not been shipped. Once they responded, I received a tracking number for a shipping label that was created but never shipped. I had to email them again a week after that, threatening to dispute the charges in order to get them to ship the item. They did send me a 20% off coupon which doesnât help with the fact that I had to wait so long for my order.
