The item was useless to us, so a total waste of money and a huge disappointment! I thought it was such a great idea, better than the tee shirt with the pouch in it, but all it was, was a massive fail 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I was honestly very disappointed with your product. I had high expectations based on the videos I saw online and thought it would be a great purchase. My main issue is that it doesn’t hold properly—it keeps slipping down. As a result, it doesn’t really free up my hands like I expected. I still have to support my baby while using it, which defeats the purpose. To be honest, I also found it quite expensive for what it offers.

Shipping too long. Start manufacturing and shipping from US instead. Include a woman body weight as well in your sizes

I ordered 2 in different color ,amber/off white and black/purple, and size but what I got were the same color black/purple and both the 0-150 lbs size. Poor customer service and very disappointed, I did not bother to return, just gave it away. Material was ok but too pricey for the quality.

No free returns

Not worth what I paid ended up throwing it away within two weeks when it started to unravel at the inseam.

False advertising

When I reached out to customer services only part of my concerns were addressed. It felt like a robot was responding. Shipping times were also much longer than the estimated time on your website.

A 20% refund on a product that has a wildly inaccurate sizing chart is a joke. Very poor customer service.

Item didn’t arrive, customer service (Bebe Amour) doesn’t seem to update on resolving the issue. Ended up buying from another vendor. No securities with regards to loss items or any resolution.
