I never received the item I ordered, and despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve gotten no resolution. I was repeatedly told to contact my local post office, and I also spoke with my building manager — still nothing. Sofia kept giving me the same responses over and over, and now it's been over a month with no product and no refund.

The carrier I ordered was so horrible. I wanted to return the product and they told me it would cost me $20 to ship it back. O responded with there’s no way it would cost that much to ship it back when the shipping cost to me was only $4 and some change. Then they changed their tune a bit after confronted with that fact. And the 20 dollar thing wasn’t mentioned again. I feel like o was scammed when I bought it, and they tried to scam me again with the return. Terrible product and service.
