Would not recommend at all. The otter is loud and mechanical with a cheap feel. It turns off within minutes which defeats the purpose. Company said they would issue a partial refund but only returned a small amount, not the amount they stated. Finding it difficult to get a resolution. I was really looking forward to using the carrier.

Item took much longer than anticipated to arrive- talking weeks. When it arrived, it was so tight I couldn’t even get it over my shoulders and wrapped around my body as a 135lbs female with a B size cup. I’m not a big build. Seeing as it’s tight on my- putting my three month son in the wrap as been out of the question. It is too tight. Even after trying to stretch it out on a chair for a week. Worst purchase ever.
