I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this faulty product. The sling is not strong enough to support my three month old baby who only weighs 15 lb despite being advertised to hold up to 150lbs. The fabric is flimsy and not strong enough to support my baby without me holding him with at least one additional hand - not as advertised.
I will be leaving a negative review if the refund is not authorised as I would not want other customers to be disappointed as I have been.

The product didn’t feel safe, and ultimately it feels like I was scammed. They should also be upfront on their website about how returns work - they will go all the way back to China (international shipping) and will cost roughly $30. This would have influenced my purchase. I would not recommend this product or this company to anyone.
