Your website is completely misleading and you have terrible customer service. You lie about products being sent from the Uk when they actually come from China so there is no way your predicted delivery time can be met. It was your fault the item took so long to arrive and I therefore missed the chance to give it to the recipient as a gift. You then only have returns to Italy?! That’s just ridiculous and unacceptable when you won’t cover the return postage
