Ordered shoes as a gift for my daughter in law. There was time between the purchase and her opening the shoes. They were too small. We contacted them on the 15th day which was one day past their return window of 14 days. We did not want to do a return, we just wanted to do a simple exchange. They said NO. I am very disappointed in this company and will NEVER order from them again. I know I am just one person, but I will tell as many people as I can about their appalling customer service.
