Horrible. I lost money purchasing from ShuShop because I was shipped defective shoes and not given a full refund after I mailed them back. (my size was not available for an exchange) Customer service would not refund the shipping charge, and I should’ve been fully refunded because it was not my fault I was shipped shoes with a stain on them. I would never shop here again and would never recommend Shushop if this is how they treat customers!
