I bought three pairs of shoes. All three fit differently. I forgot to try on the third pair (sandal). The other two pair fit so I didn’t think anything of it. I put the third pair on 17 days later- I need a half a size bigger and they wouldn’t exchange. In a busy world with everyone online shopping, 15 days is too short especially when one just wants to exchange for a different size. As cute as the shoes are I will never shop here again
