Bought online on a buy-one-get-one-free deal. Dispatch took a while so I emailed to follow up. They replied that stock had run out and there’d be a two-week delay, with the option to choose a different colour that was in stock. 👍 Chose to wait for black inner fleece. Delivery exceeded timeframe provided. Deals clearly drummed up sales, and caused delays all around. Still communication could have been better, offering updates would have provided comfort especially now theres so many online hacks of companys.
The product itself is great and worth the wait. Would repurchase from company.
