I knew I was taking a risk sending measurements in and ordering a custom size, and it fell absolutely flat. No returns, no recourse. Quality is mediocre, the jacket is way too big, craftsmanship is below what you can find in a department store. It's clear this company resells stuff from Pakistan, so I'm sure their cost is $80 and they charged me almost $400. I feel bad throwing it in the garbage, but it's probably going straight to a landfill.
