They were very responsive. The only mark down was for the time it took to get my jacket. I'd read reviews before I ordered so I knew it would take some time. Just be forewarned if you need you jacket for an upcoming event. Plan ahead!

I knew I was taking a risk sending measurements in and ordering a custom size, and it fell absolutely flat. No returns, no recourse. Quality is mediocre, the jacket is way too big, craftsmanship is below what you can find in a department store. It's clear this company resells stuff from Pakistan, so I'm sure their cost is $80 and they charged me almost $400. I feel bad throwing it in the garbage, but it's probably going straight to a landfill.

I had to return it unfortunately because the size was too small. Ordered another one with bigger size. Make sure you order one size larger than your usual size.
