The jacket itself is genuinely lovely quality BUT it arrived with some damage as pictured to the L shoulder & the customer service regarding this issue & the request for a replacement has been completely non existent! I would not buy from this company again for this reason. Quality of product is irrelevant if quality of service is terrible.
