Not being able to return swimwear to an online only swimwear only store is just not ok by me. While the top was cute, the bottoms are much more high hipped and high waisted than I would like. Most of your color ways are sold out in my size and this color way is limited on styles offered. I was severely turned off and disappointed that a return was not an option and an exchange (if I could even do one which I can’t because of sizing limits) is costly on my end with fees.

I’m disappointed with my experience. They market that their coverage is superior to other brands, but I am a 5’8, 170lbs, 36 D, and a XL top was too small. I don’t believe their sizes are inclusive. The return process was store credit only (which I know can be common with swimsuit brands) but with their sizing being so off- it is frustrating. I also contacted support for update on my creditand it said to expect 4 days for response- that’s too long for a small company, that should be a priority.
