customer service takes a while and fabric is rather thin

I followed the return policy procedures and I sent my pieces back to receive gift card credit to get larger sizes. However, my package has been in transit for 10 days and has since been returned to my location after 10 days. I hope I didn't get scammed out of $250.00.

I’ve tried two different suits in both a medium and large and both have been very tight. I’m usually a true medium in everything. Based on the sizing charts and the model reference sizing I was right in between a medium and large and neither of them were right. It’s been frustrating trying to find a style/size that works especially because I have to cover shipping each time I have to return.

While it’s my own fault for not doing my research ahead of time, I was disappointed to learn that the return policy is for store credit only. Since I didn’t like the fit of the top I need to return it, but all of the other top styles that match my bottom appear that they’d have the same fit issue, and all the other bikini styles I like are not in stock in my size, so now I’m just out that money until something (hopefully) comes available that works for me.

Would love a refund on the return policy, but I understand. Sizes also all seem to run small.

I’m having the worst time getting clear answers and my money back for a return gift card or full exchange.

I just had to do an exchange because the XL was too big and since you do refund after item is returned to store credit - the griffin (i got an XL) was sold out by the time I got my refund. So I opted for the minnie since it was stocked in L.

Great customer service and quick turnaround time

I’ve been trying to return 2 items but the website messed up with giving me a return shipping label. I emailed customer service and have been waiting to hear back about how I’m receiving my return instructions with the shipping label. At this point I’m close to hitting the time frame where I will miss the return shipping window.

Quick shipping

Not being able to return swimwear to an online only swimwear only store is just not ok by me. While the top was cute, the bottoms are much more high hipped and high waisted than I would like. Most of your color ways are sold out in my size and this color way is limited on styles offered. I was severely turned off and disappointed that a return was not an option and an exchange (if I could even do one which I can’t because of sizing limits) is costly on my end with fees.
