Terrible experience with Tokit. I canceled the order same day, but they ignored me and shipped it days later. Product is region-locked to Japan/Singapore—smart features don’t work elsewhere, which they never mentioned. Customer service refused to help, ignored emails, and blamed me. Misleading advertising, awful support. Avoid this brand.
