This is my third or fourth purchase. I am a little obsessed with these things. I whip up a ton of greek yogurt and peanut butter and then add all sort of goodies. Mandy gets a Freezbone when I leave the house for an extended period of time, so she gets very excited when I open the freezer. It helps distract her from my departure and gives her brain a little stimulus to tire her out. Once she finishes her treat, she gets a drink and then lays down and falls happily asleep.

The return process is…basically none existent. The online form requires photos to be attached…but then it won’t accept photos because they are “too large” of files, even when compressed or zipped.
I eventually was able to get a returned text that provided an email address. At this point, as it was three days since stating the process, I gave up because since charge a return processing fee, I’d have probably gotten a whole $2 back 🙄
