I ordered the item on 11/29/24 - received my order on 12/14/24. I emailed your firm to check as to why it had not shipped - you emailed me that you would check with the warehouse. After it shipped, it stayed in California for four days at the USPS facility before journeying to Ohio. Even with it being the holiday season, delivery was rather slow.
