Promised Compensation Turned Conditional: Discount and Gift Card Withheld Unless a “Good” Review Was Written. I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas. It didn't arrive until 2 weeks after Christmas. I posted a review stating long shipping. Xokool reached out and apologized and offered me 20% back of my purchase and a gift card. The one condition? I had to edit my initial review which I wasn't going to do. It was long shipping and I stand by that. But they've made it even worse now. I wouldn't order from this company ever again. They have unscrupulous and unethical business tactics and BUYER BEWARE!
