I called on a Sunday as we where flying out following .Monday at 6am and wanted to hopefully get these to utilize and try out for this 4 state trip. Super helpful, friendly gal answered phones and she offered ordering direct by a certsin time and it would ship out to arrive prior to our flight or if I needed to wait to go via Amazon as they can deliver quickly. I opted for direct from Take-Off as they where in Michigan, I received tracking number as promised Monday am and the bags Wednesday!!

You might think that Take Off suitcases are social media hype, but they are the real deal! The latest model is just about perfect. Ideal for one- or two-bag travelers. I previously owned a 2nd generation model, and it was okay, but the wheels were a bit janky. Take Off listened to its customers and dramatically improved version 3.0, with smooth double wheels are backward-compatible with previous models. I'm super impressed. Like the ads say, these suitcases pay for themselves.
