Website stated FREE Gift with Purchase: Limited Edition Ember Shard Whistle when spend $99 or more, however package arrive with the a lanyard free gift instead. Customer service checked and told me the Ember shard is out of stock so they replaced it with their own discretion to another gift instead. Misleading marketing promotion of free gift to trick customers to spend more then $99. When gift is out of stock, no initiative to inform me of the change, nor to change the information on website to say its out of stock.
