When the shampoo arrived it was loose in the box wrapped in paper. The conditioner was in a box. Would have been fine, did not break, however the shampoo lid opened slightly and the shampoo leaked a little bit. Not a lot lost but something to mention.

The product is amazing - my absolute favorite on the market. My low score is because of my bad experience with your Customer Service Team - while placing the order, the system picked up my old home address and when I realized that I've contacted Customer Service Team immediately and asked for the assistance with updating my shipping address. They said they can't do anything about it. I obviously don't want my order to arrive to the address that I no longer live at, so I've asked Customer Service Team to help me cancel my existing order, so I can re-order the products again and correct the address on my own. They also refused to help in any way and said they can't do anything about it, although the order was shipped to me 10 business days after the purchase. Do yourself a favor and order Davines Products somewhere else - Sephora, or any other retailer. Sadly, given the experience with your Customer Service Team, I feel discouraged rather than supported as a customer and I will never order your products through your website again.
