I actually shared in the last section why I was very displeased with this experience. Basically to be shipped a package with an item missing and no message anywhere about that missing item …only that my package had shipped and it was delivered (while one item was backordered and not sent???). I had to reach out to find out what happened and then asked if I wanted a credit. No I don’t want to credit I want a refund. Poor customer service and very disappointing!
