My first order was an empty box and when I reached out to customer care, instead of saying it was an error and apologize they said it was because the item was on back order. Does not justify receiving an empty box, both for the environment and the disappointment to find nothing inside. Sometimes the response can make it worse. If i had received a no ship I would have had time to buy something else, asit was a gift. I ordered again as wanted to try something for my hair and received it this time.
