I ordered online and the company was quite attentive. I received an email asking how I was enjoying my product, and when I mentioned that I hadn’t received it yet the staff went out of their way to explain and reassure me that everything was A-OK and my product was still coming. I received it virtually the next day And then the staff sent out yet another email and I really appreciated their concern and keeping in touch with me.
