No complaints! I didn't ask for any modifications to the piece (from reviews I see that some people request a bit longer or shorter dress length, for example), but I love the idea that pieces are made to order rather than always in advance, which has more potential to be wasteful. It's worth waiting a bit for a piece of clothing that is ethically made, and Canadian made.

A very good shopping experience! I love all the sizes photographed in your clothes; it gives me a real sense of how the item might look on me. Small point: it was unclear how long it would take my pants to be made, and an estimate on that would be helpful (e.g., 2 weeks? 2 months?). I’m sure that can be challenging depending on orders, so maybe that’s impossible. But that would make this a 5-star experience. Still happy to recommend Buttercream to others.

As I said before, one of the colours that I had ordered (and paid for) was actually out of stock (a mistake in the inventory). That was disappointing, as I had selected that colour to match another piece of BC clothing that I already owned. However, the customer service team was excellent, and offered me the choice of a refund, exchange, or gift card. I chose the gift card, and was even given a bit extra for my troubles. Thank you!
