I wanted to find out about your exchange process, on your website under return and exchange the page does not work, no reply on the WhatsApp, I’m stuck with items that sizes are too big, worst online shopping. Lack of communication. I’m now forced to drive from Joburg to Pretoria so I can exchange the items, since the is no means of communication when the stuff don’t fit. Very disappointed
