You shouldn't sell merchandise that is not in stock and you definitely shouldn't charge a customer's charge card until the item actually does ship. You charged me for two pillows and didn't ship until over 20 days later (you did not have the items in stock but claimed they were). ARE YOU SELLING MY EMAIL ADDY because all of a sudden my email is filled with "shark tank" emails. WTF? Do better!
