I bought the pillow and cover and it came pretty quickly, but then I ordered the extender suggested for my pillow and it was cheap and didn’t even fit the connections on my pillow cover. I reached out about returning the one I got or possibly exchanging it and they said they would send me the correct one. We will see if the extender helps and if it’s better quality than the one I originally got. But they responded within a day so that was good.
