We received these phones and they were not as described. They looked bigger in the photo as the person holding it must have had very small hands.
It took longer for delivery than stated as it came from China, the website makes it look like an Australian based company with short delivery times to Australia.
The contact phone number which is an Australian mobile phone number doesn't ring.
We want a full refund as the item is not fit for purpose, it arrived too late to give as gifts, and we cannot physically speak to anyone from customer service.
We have sent numerous emails only for the person 'Kelly' to tell us to wait while they review our request and complaint. We have been waiting over a month and still have no resolution.
We just want to return our items with a full refund.
