The silhouette of the blouse doesn’t really look like the product photo. It doesn’t have the loose, flowy look shown on the model. The shop was responsive, and was conscious of obtaining my body measurement to make the blouse to fit me. Shamefully, it was made too snuggly fit on me.

I personally didn't like how the dress looked on me. Furthermore, the price-performance ratio didn't match the quality. That wouldn't be so bad in itself. However, when I requested a return, I received neither a return label nor a return address. Including the shipping costs, the whole thing became very expensive, especially since one would expect functioning customer service, which was unfortunately lacking here.
