I bought these Albums in the 3 for €70 & 2 for €50 Special Offer. So I bought the Fatboy Slim L.P. for myself and purchased the Phantomine "Ghost" L.P. as an Xmas Gift in what should have been 2 for €50. But, instead I was charged €67 for the two Records and it was implied that I was wrong, and that the Fatboy Slim L.P. wasn't included I the 2 for €50 Offer. But, I know for a fact I bought both records in the 2 for €50 Offer -
The Fatboy Slim L.P. was definitely in the "3 For €70 and 2 For €50 Special Offer" section.
When the 3 For €70 Special Offer popped up in my email, I clicked on it, and then I went directly to the 3 For €70 and 2 For €50 page. I did not veer from the 3 For €70 (or 2 For €50) offer pages, or search any other Vinyl8 records outside of the 3 For €70 or 2 For €50 pages.
I will un-Subscribe from Vinyl8 (and Golden Discs (Golden Discs & Vinyl8 seem to be one of the same)). I will not purchase from Vinyl8 or Golden Discs again.
It's quite unfortunate really. I bought my first record in a Golden Discs back in 1981, and I've bought alot of music from Golden Discs's shops Dun Laoghaire, Cork Cities outlets, Dublin City over the years (probably mostly a vinyl buyer, but CDs often too, I'm very much a physical media kinda person).
But, No More !
