it was pretty average a little bit confusing but i got there in the end , shipping however took longer then expected and i also got really confused on how to track my parcel. maybe when the tracking number is sent to the customers there should be simple instructions on how to use it for example " copy your tracking number then click the link below and paste your tracking number (have a little picture of the field to paste in)

The blanket feels cool for about 30 seconds when you first put it on, but it just heats up against your body temperature like any other blanket would. Except it's a polyester type fabric, so then once it is warm, it doesn't breathe and it is horrible to sleep under on a hot night. Don't waste your money on this gimmick product.
