I want to return the backpack because it's too big. I read in your return policies that it must be in its original packaging and completely unused. I only took it out to check the size, and now I can’t return it. For a €65 backpack, this seems ridiculous, especially when other brands allow returns without any hassle in 2024. All you do is create unnecessary problems for your customers. Vinted is full of people selling your bags because they couldn’t return them to you.
I don’t think I’ll be buying anything from your store again, no matter how nice the items look.
