The website is easy to navigate and customer service is nice and helpful. They got back to me quickly. But I purchased two different bags that weren’t actually available and were sold out. So I had to choose a different color in one bag and get a refund for the other. Maybe there’s a bug that needs to be fixed. But other than that the bags are insanely beautiful.
