I have been a customer since 2006 when Craig was a small business. Purchased the water softener system we still have in service today. At that time he was very responsive on calling you back with questions you might have. I recently needed some maintenance advice for that system. I called twice about a week apart to talk with someone. Both times I left my contact info and explained my needs ,with a lady the first time and a gentleman the second time. Both times they said they would have someone return my call that would be better able to answer my questions. A week after my second call I called again and was able to speak with Jeremy by choosing the sales choice of the automated call directory. I was able to speak with Jeremy who was a great help in resolving my issues. He was very personable and displayed the qualities that Craig displayed in the past. I am happy and disappointed at the same time. I am happy the business has grown and prospered. But I am disappointed the personal service has suffered because of that growth.

My family was excited to take a step up from the Amazon purolite c100e resin after watching the videos and taking advice that I would need a “premium cation fine mesh resin” I happily spent the extra money and changed 5 year old media out only to experience worse quality water than before. I pretreated my well and lines changed my 3 stage prefilters out and can say this resin made my home water softer but looks like absolute POND water. Everything is stained by tannins & my wife’s hair is orange

Down right awful!! Would not allow me to cancel my order for a refund. Called after a month and the lady had no idea when I would get my order and would not allow me to. Cancel for a refund so I could get something else. I mean it’s awful needing clean water and spending well over 500 to get ghosted by what appeared to be a legit company. Lessons learned, don’t order anything that cost a significant amount without doing some research on the company first. Look at the BBB rating, it tells all.
