2 lb loaf pans are not as pictured. They come with a dollar size logo embossed on the bottom of each pan. Half of each sleeve was crushed on the sides and bottom when received. Called and made them aware of these issues and was told I could return them if I was not happy (subject to restocking fee). Customers should receive exactly what is pictured, or it is deceptive at best. To not offer a partial refund or discount and leave the customer with LESS than they would have had if they chose to order elsewhere is Not the level of customer service that creates repeat business nor positive word of mouth.
