If I could make one suggestion: when selling cups with lids — especially the clear cups — it’s very easy for customers to think they didn’t receive the correct number of lids. The lids are stacked so tightly together that they look like a single piece, and you have to pull them apart to see the full count.
Including a short note explaining that the lids are closely stacked would help prevent customers from assuming the lids are missing and reduce the number of calls about shortages.
